Melinda is a full time agent with Bay City Realty in Bay City, Tx. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and the Matagorda Board of Realtors and she currently serves as the Board Secretary. Melinda grew up in the Bay City area most of her life. She is very diligent in helping with all aspects of the real estate transaction, seeing it from start to finish. She loves to fish and hunt in her spare time relaxing in the great outdoors.

In a small town real estate market, I work with all aspects of the real estate industry.
