She now considers herself a Texan after bonding with the city for over 16 years. Lauren attended Texas State University and graduated with a communications degree and a minor in business. Her passion for helping others and ability to connect with all types of people led her to a career in sales and events. Lauren Ormsbee started her career at Dell Technologies then moved into event planning in Austin. In these roles, Lauren used her resourcefulness and organization skills to overcome challenges that arose daily. She collaborated with many cooperate clients from start to finish of an event or sale. Lauren grew up in a REALTOR® household. She first learned about real estate from her mother's success in the field. Lauren decided to shift careers to help buyers find their dream homes! As a former military spouse, Britt Robinson is very culturally diverse and has lived in Japan, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Britt is a business owner and has a strong background in marketing and public relations. She started her career in marketing as a P/R and Marketing Manager with the Switchbacks, a professional soccer team in Colorado, working multi-million dollar transactions and landing major corporations for the team. She became interested in the real estate industry through her spouse Helen Robinson, a Certified Mortgage Advisor and Mortgage Loan Officer/Branch Manager. Britt started her career in real estate on the mortgage side of the transaction, spending her time working directly with REALTORS®, clients, and lenders, recruiting and helping to land business for all parties involved.
